What is ANTISOXIAL?
ANTISOXIAL came to life early 2017. We have started collecting socks for ourselves years ago but starting this webshop was an opportunity to share our curated collection with everybody out there.
We believe socks can make you happy and bring positivity to your lifestyle. In a world where literally everyone wears socks you can discreetly bring some childish to your everyday outfits and maybe even brighten up someone’s day on your way to work. 😊
Where are you based?
We are based in Romania, Europe.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered suppliers that are located in Asia – usually China. If you order more than one item, please expect your items to be shipped separately as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
Where do you accept orders from?
We accept orders from all over the world! We ship internationally for FREE directly from our suppliers in Asia.
When will my order arrive?
Order processing times usually take from 1 to 7 business days before the shipment. After your firm order, our suppliers will ship your products and it will take up from 2 weeks to 2 months for the packages to arrive.
My order has never arrived. What do I do?
While some parcels will arrive early, others may experience shipping delays. You should keep in mind how close to bigger cities you live, because parcels arrive there first, then to your local post office. If you live in a more isolated region, you may expect these delays.

Why did I receive only one product? I ordered more!
We ship from different parts of Asia and some items might arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number.
Do I have to pay custom fees?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. It depends on your country’s laws whether you pay these customs or not.
Will I get my order until a due date?
If you plan on purchasing one of our products and give it as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a major risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org (please write your Name and Order number).
Once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.
